cv994 (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "the Authority") is an online betting and gaming service provider operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between each user ("you" or "Member") and cv994.

By accessing the cv994 platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have agreed to all the contents of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Definitions

Account Suspension & Closure

cv994 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Violation of bonus terms or bonus abuse.
• A self-exclusion request from the member.

A member may request the closure of their account at any time. Any withdrawable balance applicable at the time of closure will be paid out through the designated method.

Deposit Terms

The following methods are available for depositing funds on cv994: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The authority reserves the right to decline any transaction if the source appears unclear or suspicious.

Withdrawal Terms

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳42,000 will add the maximum bonus of ৳20,000.

Wagering Requirement Details

To withdraw any earnings from bonus funds, you must wager the bonus amount 15 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing winnings from that bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• Collecting bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Bonus abuse (for example, attempting to meet bonus conditions using low-risk betting strategies) may result in the cancellation of the bonus.
• cv994 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Real money balance is always used before bonus balance.

• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
